The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Accommodation Equipment For The Implementation Of Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection, Civil Defense And Crisis Management Under Area Ii Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025–2026 Entitled Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes Equipping Storage Bases With Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Tasks In Crisis Situations, Disasters, Mass Events, Large-Scale Events, Violent Atmospheric Phenomena, Cbrn Threats And During War - In Accordance With The Minimum List Of The Ministry Of Interior And Administration.3.The Task Is Co-Financed From The State Budget Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025–2026, On The Basis Of The Agreement On Granting A Special-Purpose Subsidy No. 169/Olioc/2026 Concluded Between The Voivode Of Wielkopolska And The Piła County.4.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Sleeping Bags - 500 Pieces.5.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz.6.Warranty In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.7.In Order To Confirm That The Offered Delivery Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex 3 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Requests The Submission Of The Said Piece Of Evidence Together With The Offer - Form Of The Offered Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Calling The Contractors To Submit Or Supplement Incomplete Piece Of Evidence.8.Together With The Delivery Of The Equipment, The Contractor Will Submit The Required Documents Specified In Annex No. 3 To Swz.9.Delivery To: District Warehouse Of Strategic Reserves, Ul. Lotnicza 8, 64-920 Piła. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order At The Contractors Expense. The Contractor Undertakes To Bear The Costs Of Transport, Unloading, Loading And Insurance Until Acceptance.10.The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Equipment Be Certified In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.11.The Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are The Minimum Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows The Subject Of The Order To Be Offered With Better Parameters.12.The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused And Not Displayed At Exhibitions Or Fairs, And Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Technically Functional And Complete. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Accompanied By Appropriate Documents/Certificates Proving Compliance With All Relevant Standards And Guidelines That The Above-Mentioned Subject Of The Order Should Meet Before It Is Allowed For Use, As Well As Warranty Cards And Operating Instructions In Polish - If The Equipment Has Them.13.Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law
