The Subject Of The Order Is Part 1 - Successive Delivery Of Delicatessen Products For The Needs Of The Podkarpackie Complex Of Provincial Establishments In Rzeszów, Including The Following Projects: Rap Steam And The Childrens Academy Of Development To The Training Center And School Youth Hostel In Czudec, Ul. Rzeszowska 822. Quality Requirements: 1) All Delicatessen Products Delivered Must Be Fresh, Nutritious, Suitable For Consumption And Made Of High-Quality Food Raw Materials. 2) All Products Must Be Produced Without The Addition Of: A) Preservatives; B) Artificial Dyes; C) Flavor Improvers; D) Artificial Flavors; E) Ingredients Produced From Genetically Modified Organisms (Gmo). 3) Raw Materials Used For Production Must Come From Approved Suppliers And Meet The Requirements For Quality And Food Safety.4) Products Must Be Free From Physical, Chemical And Biological Contaminants, Including Unauthorized Pesticide Residues, Heavy Metals And Other Harmful Substances In Quantities Exceeding Legally Permissible Levels.5) Products Must Not Show Signs Of Spoilage, Staleness, Improper Storage Or Transport. They Must Be Characterized By Organoleptic Characteristics Appropriate For A Given Type Of Product, In Particular Taste, Smell, Color And Consistency.6) Requirements Regarding The Freshness And Durability Of Products: A) Delivered Products Must Be Fresh, Properly Prepared And Protected Against Loss Of Quality And Contamination, B) Chilled Products Must Be Delivered In Refrigerated Conditions, At A Temperature In Accordance With The Manufacturers Requirements And Applicable Regulations For A Given Type Of Product, C) Frozen Products Must Be Delivered Deep-Frozen, At A Temperature Higher Than -18°C, Unless Special Regulations Or The Manufacturers Specification Provide For More Stringent Requirements, D) The Delivered Products Must Not Show Signs Of Thawing And Re-Freezing, Packaging Damage Or Other Irregularities That May Affect Their Quality And Safety, E) The Use-By Date Or The Date Of Minimum Durability Must Be In Accordance With The Requirements Applicable To A Given Type Of Product, F) On The Date Of Delivery, The Products Must Have A Sufficiently Long Remaining Shelf Life To Enable Their Safe Use By The Ordering Party.3.Packaging1) Products Must Be Delivered In Packaging Intended For Contact With Food, Meeting The Requirements Of Applicable Law.2) Packaging Must Be: A) Clean And Undamaged; B) Tight, Adequately Protecting The Product; C) Adapted To The Type And Properties Of A Given Product; D) Protecting Against Contamination, Moisture And Loss Of Freshness; E) Enabling Proper Transport And Storage Conditions.3) Unit Or Collective Packaging Must Enable Identification Of The Product And Its Manufacturer.4) It Is Unacceptable To Deliver Products In Dirty, Damaged, Leaky Or Tamper-Evident Packaging.4.Each Product Must Be Labeled In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding The Labeling Of Foodstuffs, In Particular: 1) All Products Mu
