1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity For Consumption Points Of The Tryńcza Commune And Organizational Units Indicated In Annex No. 4 To Swz.2.The Forecast Electricity Demand During The Term Of The Contract Is 1,203,523 Kwh. The Given Electricity Volume Is An Estimated Value Based On Current Consumption. 3. Electricity Will Be Supplied Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law And In Accordance With The Applicable Implementing Provisions Of This Act.4.Distribution Services Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Separate Agreements Concluded With The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Dso).5.The Contractor, Based On The Granted Power Of Attorney, Will Be Obliged To Submit To The Distribution System Operator (Dso) On Behalf Of Itself And The Ordering Party A Notification On Concluding A Contract For The Sale Of Electricity, To Represent The Ordering Party Before The Dso In The Process Of Changing The Supplier, If Necessary, To Perform All Activities And Arrangements With The Dso Necessary To Carry Out The Supplier Change Procedure, To Represent The Ordering Party Before The Relevant Dso In Matters Related To The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Provision Of Distribution Services, To Terminate The Existing Energy Sales Contract. Electricity And The Provision Of Distribution Services (Comprehensive Agreement) Or An Electricity Sales Agreement Or Submitting A Declaration Of Termination Of The Electricity Sales And Distribution Services Agreement (Comprehensive Agreement) Or The Electricity Sales Agreement Pursuant To Mutual Agreement Of The Parties To The Current Electricity Seller. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The List Of Electricity Intake Points Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ppe List, And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.7.The Commune And The Contracting Entities Listed In Annex 4 To The Swz Will Conclude Separate Public Procurement Contracts.8.The Current Contracts For The Sale (Supply) Of Electricity Are Concluded For A Fixed Period Until December 31, 2026 And Do Not Require Notice Of Termination.
