1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A 5-Octave Marimba Musical Instrument. 2. Cpv Code 37316000-6 – Percussion Instruments. 3. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of The Said Evidence Along With The Offer. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Deliver The Offered Instrument To The Ordering Partys Office For Quality Assessment And Compliance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Deliver The Instrument At His Own Expense, No Later Than The Deadline For Submitting Offers At 12:00. Failure To Deliver The Above-Mentioned Instrument Will Lead To Rejection Of The Offer. The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With Art. 65 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law Waives The Requirement To Use Electronic Means Of Communication In The Scope Of Presenting The Evidence In Question In The Form Of An Instrument. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
