1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Successive Deliveries Of Diesel Oil, In Accordance With The Draft Contract (Annex No. 3 To Swz).2. Diesel Oil Offered To The Ordering Party Must Meet The Standards And Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On The Fuel Quality Monitoring And Control System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1529) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1529). Item 1018). Diesel Oil Should Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Pn-En 590+A1:2017-06.3 Standard. The Subject Of The Order Are Successive Deliveries Of Diesel Oil In A Maximum Amount Of 40 M3 Of Diesel Oil Over A Period Of 12 Months, Assuming That A Single Delivery Will Amount To Approximately 5 M3 Of Diesel Oil. Each Order Will Be Sent By E-Mail. Orders Will Be Shipped To The Address Of The Ordering Partys Registered Office Where There Is A Surface Tank On Its Premises And Deliveries Are Required By A Vehicle Adapted To Unload Fuel Into The Surface Tank.4. The Ordering Party Will Indicate The Location Of The Tank, Which Will Be Used For Its Own Needs And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 7, 2010 On Fire Protection Of Buildings, Other Structures And Areas (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 822, As Amended), This Location Will Meet The Requirements In Accordance With The Regulation.5. The Contractor Will Attach A Quality Certificate Of The Supplied Fuel And The Original Release Document From The Fuel Depot To Each Delivery. The Fuel Is To Be Dropped At The Actual Temperature, And Immediately After The Fuel Drop, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present A Printout With The Amount Of Fuel Dropped At A Temperature Of 15 Degrees And At The Actual Temperature.6. The Deadline For Completion (For Successively Placed Orders) Is Counted From The Date Of Sending The Order To The Contractor Via E-Mail By The Ordering Party, To The Date Of Actual Delivery (Location Of The Ordering Partys Warehouse) And May Be A Maximum Of 48 Hours From The Moment Of Sending The Order By E-Mail.7. Each Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill All Obligations Arising From Legal Provisions.8. The Ordering Party Informs That: A) The Purchased Fuel Will Be Used By The Ordering Party For Its Own Purposes, B) It Does Not Trade Liquid Fuels Abroad, C) The Ordering Partys Tanks And Measuring Devices Have And Will Have Valid Legalizations During The Execution Of The Order.
