The Subject Of The Order Are Services Related To Eliminating Slipperiness And Snow Removal On Municipal Roads In The Pyrzyce Commune In The Winter Season 2026/2027.2.Detailed Scope Of The Service 1) The Order Includes: - Snow Removal With Plows And At The Same Time Combating Winter Slipperiness With Brines Installed On The Cars Bed, - Combating Winter Slipperiness With Brines Using Brine Or Salt With Sand, - Snow Removal With Motor Graders, Bulldozers Or Loaders, - Using Loaders To Remove Snow Dumps, - Equipment On Duty, - Providing Information About The Start Of The Action And Its End In The Form Of Reports To The Ordering Party, - Patrolling The Roads In Terms Of The Quality Of Snow Removal, 2) The Order Will Be Implemented According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Prevailing Weather Conditions According To The Winter Road Maintenance Plan, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 3) Snow Removal Of Roads And Streets, As Well As Slush Removal Should Be Carried Out On Both Sides Along The Entire Width Of The Road. 4) The Ordering Party Does Not Anticipate Payments For Night And Day Duties And Keeping Equipment And Operators On Standby. 5) After Starting Winter Road Maintenance, The Contractor Is Obliged To Document His Work On Work Cards. The Cards Must Include Records On The Hours And Places As Well As The Scope Of Equipment Work. Acceptance Of The Service Performed Requires Written Confirmation On The Work Card By An Employee Of The Commune Office.6) The Ordering Party Does Not Organize A Site Visit In The Place Where The Services Are To Be Performed. However, The Ordering Party Recommends That Each Of The Contractors Inspect The Local Roads On Which The Service Will Be Provided And Familiarize Themselves With The Conditions Related To The Performance Of The Service That Is The Subject Of The Order In Order To Obtain Any Information That May Be Necessary For The Correct Valuation Of The Value Of The Service. The On-Site Visit Is Carried Out At The Contractors Expense.
