The Subject Of The Order Titled: Maintenance Of The Street Lighting Network And Fixtures Owned By The Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune Is To Maintain Street Lighting Owned By The Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune In Full Technical Efficiency, Ensuring Lighting In The Period From Dusk To Dawn, Consisting In Particular Of: Ongoing Maintenance, Inspections, Operation Of Street Lighting, Squares, Parks, Pedestrian Routes And Energy Devices In The Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune. The Order Covers 2,414 Light Points With Networks And Energy Devices, Including 196 Park-Type Light Points Built In City Parks And Squares. The Location Of The Networks And Light Points Is Presented On The Map Of The Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune, Which Is An Annex To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: Service Specification - Annex No. 12 To The Swz, - Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 13 To The Swz, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract.2.Subject Means Of Evidence: The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of Subject Means Of Evidence In The Proceedings In Question. In The Event Of The Use Of Materials, Devices, Products Or Solutions Equivalent Within The Meaning Of Art. 99 Section 5 Or Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer, Technical Sheets Or Other Equivalent Documents Confirming That The Offered Offer/Equivalent Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Above-Mentioned Documents Or The Submitted Documents Are Incomplete (Thus Not Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offer In The Scope Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order), The Ordering Party Will Not Request Their Submission/Supplementation.3.Equivalent Solutions.3.1 If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. 3.2 The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
