And Art. 99 Section 4 Pzp, But In Particular Serves To Implement Art. 17 Section 1 Point 1 And 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Concept Of Equivalent Materials And Devices Should Be Understood As Materials That Guarantee The Provision Of Services In Accordance With The Order Documents And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed.
