1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity To The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order Settled Within The Energy Cooperative. The Demand For Electricity In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Is: 400,296 Kwh Of The Basic Order. The Amount Of Energy Given Is The Demand After Subtracting The Energy Produced From Renewable Energy Sources Within The Energy Cooperative. 2. The Ordering Party Has Two (2) Micro-Installations Settled On A Net Billing Basis In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter 2 Of The Act Of February 20, 2015 On Renewable Energy Sources - Information About Ppe (Energy Consumption Point) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3.In The Case Of Existing Comprehensive Contracts That Have A Three-Month Notice Period, The Ordering Party Requests Their Termination By Mutual Consent, With Effect From December 31, 2026. If It Is Not Possible To Terminate The Contracts By Mutual Consent, The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Order Will Be Automatically Postponed By The Time Necessary To Terminate The Comprehensive Contracts. Information About The Contracts Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. Settlement Of Ppe Within The Energy Cooperative Will Take Place After The Adjustment Of The Measurement Systems By The Distribution System Operator. 5. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Electricity Sales Agreement - Annex No. 7 To Swz.6.The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law, The Act Of December 8, 2017 On The Capacity Market And In Accordance With The Implementing Regulations Issued To This Act, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of November 29, 2022 On The Method Of Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And The Method Of Settlement In Electricity Trading And In The Regulation Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System. The Above Provisions Concern The Method Of Calculation, Settlement And Quality Parameters Of The Supplied Electricity.
