The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental Of A Seasonal Artificial Ice Rink With Dimensions Of 10 M × 25 M, Located On The Premises Of The Wałbrzych Sports And Recreation Center Aqua-Zdrój Spółka Z O.O. At Ul. Ratuszowa 6, Along With The Delivery Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Equipment, Assembly, Commissioning, Creation Of An Ice Surface, Training And Dismantling After The End Of The Rental Period. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Offering An Alternative Solution In The Form Of A Synthetic Ice Rink.1.1. Requirements For The Ice Rink And Technical Infrastructure As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, Install And Launch A Complete Ice Rink With All The Elements Necessary For Its Proper Functioning, Including: 1) An Ice Rink Surface With Dimensions Of Min. 10 M × 25 M, With Rounded Corners. 2) Ice Rink Piping, Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Cooling Installation. 3) Ice Rink Bands: - With A Height Of Min. 1.2 M;- With An Aluminum Structure;- With A Filling Made Of Pehd Boards With A Minimum Thickness Of 6 Mm;- Equipped With 2 Entrance Gates For Users And A Technical Gate On The Short Side Of The Ice Rink Enabling Access To The Operating Devices;- With A Structure That Does Not Require Anchoring To The Ground.4) Substrate Insulation, Including Polystyrene And Foil.5) Ethylene Glycol With A Concentration Of 35%, In The Amount Necessary To Fill The System Refrigeration Unit.6) Refrigeration Unit Meeting The Following Requirements: - Compact Design, Constituting A Complete Refrigeration Station; - Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2020; - Minimum Cooling Power: 100 Kw; - Two Levels Of Power Regulation: 50% And 100%; - Maximum Dimensions: 4.30 M × 1.80 M (Length × Width), With A Tolerance Of ±15%; - Ability To Work At External Temperatures Up To +15°C; - Securing The Device Against Access By Unauthorized Persons.7) Two Entrances To The Ice Rink, Equipped With Stairs And Barriers, Enabling Safe Use Of The Ice Rink.8) Entrance Gate With An Appropriate Driveway, Enabling Entry Of The Device Intended For Processing And Maintenance Of The Ice Surface.1.2. Ice Rink Equipmentthe Contractor Will Provide Complete Equipment Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Ice Rink, Including: 1) Ice Skates - 150 Pairs, Including: - 60% In Childrens Sizes; - 40% In Adult Sizes; - Fasteners Made Of Plastic, Without Lacing; - Size Adjustment System That Does Not Require The Use Of Additional Tools.2) Skate Racks, Enabling The Storage And Orderly Delivery Of 150 Pairs Of Skates.3) Anti-Slip Mats Or Tapes To Secure The Communication Route Between The Point Of Issuing Skates And The Entrance To The Ice Rink, With A Total Area Of ​​At Least 60 M².
