The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of The Entire Amount Of Municipal Waste In The Installation Indicated In The Offer In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As: The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012. (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1328, Hereinafter Referred To As: The Waste Act, The Provisions Of The Provincial Waste Management Plan, Adopted By Resolution No. Vii/78/2024 Of The Podlaskie Voivodeship Assembly Of November 26, 2024 On The Adoption Of The Waste Management Plan Of The Podlaskie Voivodeship For Years 2023–2028” And The Provisions Of The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Szumowo Commune, As Well As Other Provisions Of Statutory And Local Law, From Owners Of Inhabited Properties, Owners Of Uninhabited Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated And Temporarily Inhabited Properties. A) Mixed Municipal Waste And Residues From Waste Segregation, B) Collected Selectively At Source, Divided Into Fractions: - Packaging Glass, - Waste Green, - Paper, Cardboard, - Metals, Plastics2. Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste Will Take Place In A Bag-Container Or Container System. 3. Containers With A Capacity Of 120 L, 240 L Or 700 L And Bags Are Secured By The Person Collecting Municipal Waste.4. The Following Types Of Containers And Bags In The Bag-Container System Are Introduced: A) Containers With A Capacity Of 120 L, 240 L For Mixed Waste And Bags With A Capacity Of 120 L Of Sufficient Strength - Blue Marked With The Inscription Paper - For Paper Waste, Including Cardboard, Paper Packaging Waste And Cardboard Packaging Waste; - Green Marked With The Inscription Glass - For Glass Waste, Including Waste Glass Packaging; - Yellow Marked With The Inscription Metals And Plastics - For Metal Waste, Including Metal Packaging, Plastic Waste, Including Plastic Packaging Materials, And Multi-Material Packaging Waste; - Brown Marked With The Inscription Bio - For Biodegradable Waste; - Gray Or Black Marked With The Inscription Ash - For Ash.B) In The Container System, Containers With Capacity: 120 L Or 240 L For Segregated Waste Listed In Point A) And Mixed Municipal Waste,5. The Contractor, At His Own Expense, No Later Than December 23, 2026, Will Present A Collection Schedule And Provide Each Residential Property With A Container For Mixed Municipal Waste, 2 Bags Of Each Color For Waste Segregation Listed In Point. 4 And 50 Bags Of Each Color To The Szumowo Commune Office Or Containers For The Above Fractions And A Container For Mixed Waste In Each Residential Property. The Bags Must Have Inscriptions Indicating The Type Of Waste And Appropriate Tear Strength. Containers Must Also Have Labels For The Appropriate Type Of Waste.6. Equipment And Operation Of The Selective Municipal Waste
