The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Loose Rock Salt, Dr Grade, With An Anti-Caking Additive, Intended For Winter Maintenance Of Roads In The City Of Racibórz, Along With Loading, Transport And Unloading At The Ordering Partys Base.2.Maximum Expected Quantity: 1,000 Mg (Tonnes), Including The First Planned Batch Of 200 Mg. The Supply Of Road Salt, Which Is The Subject Of The Order, Is An Estimate And May Differ From The Actual Demand During The Contract Period. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Purchase The Minimum Guaranteed Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. 300 Mg.3.The Option Right Is Described In Detail In The Opz - Annex No. 5 To The Swz):3.1.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order During The Contract Implementation Period, Depending On Its Actual Needs, However: 3.1.1.The Minimum Guaranteed Purchase Quantity Is 300 Mg3.1.2.The Option Right Consists In The Possibility Of Increasing The Subject Of The Order Up To A Maximum Of 700 Mg.3.2.The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right In Whole Or In Part, Provided That The Total Amount Of Road Salt Ordered Under The Option Right Does Not Exceed 700 Mg3.3.
