The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Bus (Bus) With A Gross Weight (Gvm) Of Up To 6.5 T, Manufactured In The Bus Body Standard, Designed To Transport 24 People (22 + 1 + 1 Seating Arrangement), Meeting The Technical, Functional Requirements And Safety Standards Specified In This Description, Along With Insurance, Additional Equipment And Body Wrapping Services. The Minimum Parameters Are Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Opz), On The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract (Template Contract), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. If The Documents Indicate A Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification Or Technical Reference System, Equivalent Solutions Within The Scope Of Art. 101 Pzp. The Contractor Identifies The Proposed Solution In The Offer And Demonstrates That It Meets The Specified Requirements To An Equivalent Degree. Indications Of Trademarks Or Manufacturers, If They Appear Only In Source Materials, Do Not Replace The Requirements Of A Neutral Opz. The Contractor Delivers The Item To The Ordering Partys Office And Provides The Documents Specified In The Opz And The Contract, In Particular The Documents Required For The Registration And Legal Use Of A Driving Training Vehicle. The Registration Of The Vehicle And The Conclusion And Payment Of Third Party Liability Insurance Are Organized By The Ordering Party. The Offer Price Does Not Include Registration Fees Or The Ordering Partys Liability Insurance. The Method Of Transporting The Delivery Must Comply With The Regulations And Cannot Involve The Use Of The Vehicle In Motion Without The Required Authorizations Or Insurance. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cover The Side Surfaces Of The Vehicle With Polymer Or Cast Foil With Graphics Provided By The Ordering Party. Logo And Name: Zespół Szkół Centrum Kształcenia Rolniczej In Krzelów (Zsckr W Krzelów). The Graphics Must Cover Approximately 50% To 60% Of Each Of The Two Sides (Planes) Of The Bus. The Technical Design And Visualization Of The Arrangement Of Logos Require The Written Approval Of The Ordering Party Before The Wrapping Is Carried Out.
