The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food And Dairy Products In The Quantity And Quality Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Successively, In Batches - According To Demand. Delivery Is Carried Out Between 6.00 A.M. And 8.00 A.M. On Working Days, Monday To Friday. The Maximum Delivery Time For Successive Deliveries (Each Batch) Is Up To 3 Business Days After Placing The Order (E-Mail Or Telephone). This Deadline May Be Shortened In Accordance With The Contractors Declaration Submitted In The Offer Form (As Part Of The Criterion - Delivery Time From Placing The Order). The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Goods Free From Defects. All Delivered Products Must Be Of Full Value With A Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 14 Days. If The Ordering Party Notifies The Ordering Party That The Quality And/Or Quantity Of The Delivered Articles Is Inconsistent With The Order (The Goods Are Defective), The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Correct Article(S), I.E. Free From Defects, Within 3 Hours Of The Ordering Partys Notification (By E-Mail Or Telephone Or In Person Based On A Written Report). This Time May Be Shortened In Accordance With The Contractors Declaration Submitted In The Offer Form (As Part Of The Criterion - Response Time).
