Order Type: Delivery.2.The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery, Transport And Installation Of A Universal Diagnostic, Brand New Ultrasound Device With Elastography With A Set Of Heads For Examining Small Animals For The Department And Clinic Of Surgery Of The Faculty Of Veterinary Medicine Of The Wrocław University Of Environmental And Life Sciences, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Equipment.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Document Entitled: Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Technical Parameters (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.4.The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Document Entitled: Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.5. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Purchase And Delivery Of Complete Equipment With All Required Modules And Equipment; 2) Transport, Including Internal Transport, Bringing And Setting Up The Equipment At The Place Of Delivery; 3) Installation Of The Equipment In The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party; 4) Installation And Configuration Of The Software Necessary To Use All The Required And Offered Functions Of The Equipment; 5) Commissioning The Equipment And Carrying Out Its Configuration And Calibration; 6) Conducting Acceptance Tests And Required Measurements, Confirming The Correct Operation Of The Equipment And Compliance With The Swz Requirements And Parameters Offered By The Contractor; 7) Providing Complete Documentation, Including Licenses And Access Data Necessary To Use The Software; 8) Conducting Stationary On-Site Training In Polish For A Maximum Of 6 People; Hours In Accordance With The Opz;9) Providing Warranty And Warranty Service On The Terms Specified In The Agreement.6. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Complete, Together With All Modules, Elements, Subassemblies, Parts And Materials (In Particular Cables, Connections And Fastening Elements) Necessary For Its Installation, Commissioning And Proper Use And Constitute One Coherent And Fully Compatible Device, And Be Ready For Use After Its Completion. Installation Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Make Additional Purchases.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Indicate The Offered Equipment In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Technical Parameters, Providing Its Manufacturers Name, Type, Model, Or Possibly Other Features That Will Allow The Ordering Party To Identify The Offered Device Without Any Doubt - E.G. Catalog Number, Serial Number (Also Applies To Offering Equivalent Solutions), As Well As Complete The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Instructions - Contractor Is Obliged To Enter Specific Parameters Of The Offered Device
