The Municipality Of Zwolle Concludes A Framework Agreement With One Contractor Per Plot For This Assignment. The Framework Agreements Relate To The Supply Of Bicycles Owned By The Municipality And The Associated Maintenance, Repair And Service. Lease And Rental Structures Are Not Part Of This Tender. The Tender Consists Of Two Lots To Be Awarded Separately: Lot 1 - Enforcement Bicycles This Lot Concerns The Supply Of Enforcement Bicycles, Including Robust Bicycles Such As Mountain Bikes And Electric Variants, Which Are Used In The Performance Of Supervision And Enforcement Tasks. Lot 2 – Company Bicycles This Lot Concerns The Supply Of Electric And Non-Electric Company Bicycles. These Bicycles Are Used As A Functional Means Of Transport To Support Daily Activities, Especially For Short Business Trips And Movements Between Locations. Size Lot 1 – Enforcement Bicycles The Estimated Contract Value Is € 156,392, Excluding Vat Over The Maximum Term Of Four Years. In Order To Accommodate Limited Volume Changes During The Term, A Maximum Order Value Of € 195,490 Excluding Vat Is Used For The Regular Scope. In Addition, The Following Revision Options Are Provided: Expansion Of Enforcement Bicycles: As A Result Of Personnel Changes, Changes In Mobility Policy Or Organizational Shifts, There May Be An Expansion With A Maximum Of Ten (10) Enforcement Bicycles. The Maximum Financial Scope Of This Expansion Is €56,000 Excluding Vat, Consisting Of A Maximum Of €50,000 For Purchase And €6,000 For Parts And Maintenance. This Means That The Maximum Financial Size For Lot 1, Including This Revision Option, Is € 251,490, Excluding Vat. Size Lot 2 – Company Bicycles The Estimated Contract Value Is € 292,916, Excluding Vat Over The Maximum Term Of Four Years. In Order To Accommodate Limited Volume Changes During The Term, A Maximum Order Value Of € 366,145 Excluding Vat Is Used For The Regular Scope. In Addition, The Following Revision Options Are Provided: Expansion Of Electric Company Bicycles: When Replacing Regular Company Bicycles, You Can Opt For Expansion With A Maximum Of Fifteen (15) Electric Company Bicycles During The Term. The Maximum Financial Amount Is €67,200 Excluding Vat, Consisting Of A Maximum Of €36,000 For Purchase And €31,200 For Parts And Maintenance. Expansion Of Electric Company Bicycles In Connection With Business Trips: As A Result Of Changed Mobility Policy, A Group Of Employees May Need Additional Electric Bicycles. For This Purpose, The Fleet Can Be Expanded With A Maximum Of Twenty (20) Electric Company Bicycles. The Maximum Financial Scope Of This Expansion Is € 104,000 Excluding Vat. This Means That The Maximum Financial Scope For Lot 2, Including These Revision Options, Is €537,345, Excluding Vat. The Total Maximum Financial Size Of Both Plots Together Therefore Amounts To € 788,835, Excluding Vat. The Relevant Framework Agreement Ends No Later Than After The Maximum Contract Term Has Expired Or Earlier When The Maximum Contract Value Applicable To The Parcel In Question Has Been Reached.
