1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Implementation Of A Security Reinforcement System In The Building At Ul. Okopowa 21/27 In Gdańsk, Including Integration Of The Access Control System, Burglary And Assault, Video Monitoring And Fire Protection System.2.The Subject Of The Order Specified In Section 1 Includes, Among Others: 1) Delivery And Installation Of An Access Control System (Kd); 2) Delivery And Installation Of An Burglary And Intrusion Detection System (Sswin); 3) Delivery And Installation Of A Closed-Circuit Television System (Cctv); 4) Delivery And Installation Of A Fire Protection System (Ppoż); 5) Delivery And Execution Of The Necessary Cabling, Power Supply Elements And Technical Infrastructure Of The Systems, To The Extent Specified In The Procedure Documentation; 6) Delivery, Assembly And Configuration Of Devices Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Systems; 7) Configuration Of All The Delivered Systems Devices And Systems;8) Integration Of Ac, Sswin, Cctv And Fire Protection Systems Within One Service Platform, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Procedure Documentation;9) Launch Of All Systems;10) Performance Of The Necessary Functional, Technical And Integration Tests;11) Performance Of Measurements, Tests And Checks Required For The Proper Launch Of The Systems;12) Delivery Of Licenses, License Keys, Activation Codes And Other Elements Necessary For The Legal And Full Use Of The Delivered Software;13) Providing The Ordering Party With Documentation Technical, User Manual, Configuration And Operation Manual And As-Built Documentation;14) Conducting Training For Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Field Of System Operation;15) Providing The Ordering Party With All Passwords, Access Data, Configuration And Other Information Necessary For Self-Administration Of The Systems, While Maintaining The Ordering Partys Information Security Requirements;16) Performing Other Activities Necessary For The Proper Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Annexes No. 1.1 - 1.2 To The Swz And In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.3.The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Legal Provisions, Relevant Standards And Requirements Specified In The Procedure Documentation.4.The Delivered Devices, Software And Other Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Have Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Procedure Documentation.5.The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Materials, Devices, Tools And Equipment, Subject To The Infrastructure Elements Made Available By T
