The Proponent Will Deliver A Complete, Issued For Construction (Ifc) Design For Construction Anticipated To Occur In 2027.Professional Design Services Will Include Civil, Hydraulic, Geotechnical Engineering, , And Regulatory Engagement Services To Ensure Compliance With Industry Best Practices And Appropriate Authority Approvals To Deliver A Design Solution That Supports Operational Reliability And Long-Term Maintainability.The City Has A Design Budget Of $250,000 To Complete The Services In This Request For Proposals.
