In Accordance With Applicable Trade Agreements, Phsa, As Agent For Fraser Health, Has Chosen Not To Proceed With A Competitive Process For The Following Reasonthe Goods Or Services Can Be Supplied Only By The Selected Supplier, And No Alternative Or Substitute Exists For The Following Reason:To Ensure Compatibility With Existing Products/Systems Rationale: Burnaby Hospital’S Medical Device Reprocessing Department (Mdrd) Currently Operates An Ameriwater Reverse Osmosis (Ro) Pure-Water System. The Proposed Work Is An Upgrade And Expansion Of This Existing System Rather Than The Installation Of An Independent New System. The Scope Requires An Additional Ameriwater Ro Unit To Be Integrated With The Existing Ro Equipment, Including Interconnecting Piping And Controls, Reservoir Level Controls, Distribution Pumping, Pre-Treatment And Post-Treatment Equipment, System Disinfection, Water Testing, Start-Up, Commissioning And Training.Vendors Who Wish To Challenge This Decision Should Submit A Detailed Written Objection For The Attention Of Chioma Laura Uzuegbu, Buyer, By Email To Laura.Uzuegbu@Phsa.Ca Before 2:00Pm Pacific Time, November 16Th, 2026.
