2026/4185 Framework Agreement For Inspection, Service And Maintenance Of Fire Protection Equipment And Fire Technical Installations On Properties In Romerike, Follo And Østfold . Descriptionstatsbygg Is Requesting Offers For Two Different Framework Agreements For Inspection, Service, Replacement And Repair Of Fire Engineering Facilities And Equipment On Statsbyggs Properties In Romerike, Follo And Østfold. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two Unique Sub-Contracts: Sub-Contract A: Framework Agreement For The Annual Inspection Of Manual Extinguishing Equipment, Including Hand Extinguishers And Fire Hoses, As Well As The Associated Replacement And Repair Of Defective Equipment. The Partial Contract Also Includes The Aforementioned Special Facilities, Such As Inergen And Various Types Of Kitchen Extinguishing Systems, As Well As Guide Lights, Markings Etc. Work That Requires An Authorized Electrical Installer Or Plumber Is Not Included In The Contract. Part Contract B: Framework Agreement For The Annual Inspection Of Smoke Hatches And Fire Curtains, Including Functional Inspection, Testing And Necessary Improvements. Work Requiring An Authorized Electrical Installer Is Not Included In The Contract. One Framework Agreement Will Be Entered Into Per Subcontract, With One Supplier For Each Subject Area. The Tenderer May Choose To Tender For One Or More Contracts, But Separate Agreements Will Be Entered Into For Each Sub-Contract.
