consultant Assistance For Project Management In Project New Government Quarter In The Ministry Of Digitization And Administration . Descriptiondfd Wishes To Enter Into A Contract With A Supplier Who Has Specialist Expertise In Project Management Of Large Construction Projects In Order To Be Able To Assist In Project Owner Management For The New Government Quarter. The Assistance Will Contribute To The Ministry Being Able To Exercise Its Role In The Best Possible Way In The Period From 2027 To 2032, With An Option Of One Year. The Assistance Will Be Linked To All Phases Of The Remaining Parts Of The Government Quarter Project: Pre-Project Phase, Construction Phase, Final Phase With Transfer To Operation And Occupancy. The Ministry Wishes To Associate Two Consultants Who Can Follow The Project And Assist The Ministry In The Follow-Up And Management Of The Various Parts Of The Project. The New Government Quarter Project Has A High Grading And Security Level, And The Consultants Must Be Cleared Or Be Able To Be Cleared To The Level Of Secret By The Start Of The Assignment, Cf. Appendix 3. In Addition To Project Management Expertise, One Of The Consultants Offered Must Have Security Expertise. The Consultants Must Have Access To A Professional Environment With Relevant Expertise That Can Support The Consultants When Necessary, Including Absences, Quality Assurance And Professional Issues. The Ministry Needs To Associate Two Consultants Who Can Assist With: 1. Professional Support For Dfd In The Role Of Project Owner And Client When Necessary, Including Advice On Follow-Up Of Quality Assurances Recommendations Related To Cost And Progress. 2. Advice To Dfd On The Professional Quality Of All Important Decision-Making Documents Of A Technical And Financial Nature That Are Prepared And/Or Presented To Dfd For Decision. 3. As Necessary, Participate In Coordination Meetings, Project Councils And Meetings With The Agencies, As Well As Carry Out Limited Investigation Tasks. 4. Possible Assistance For Project Support To Strengthen The Capacity Of The Ministrys Project Group For Strategic Management Of The Project, Coordination And Follow-Up Of The Individual Sub-Projects. 5. Assessments And Recommendations To The Ministrys Management As Necessary Regarding The Organization And Management Of The Project.
