The Aim Is To Provide A Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi-Cloud Subscription To Continue The Existing Citrix Environment Under Licensing Law For 6,800 Unique Users. The Contract Term Is Binding For 36 Months From January 1St, 2027 To December 31St, 2029 Inclusive. Payment Is Made Annually. The Annual Flat Rate Is The Price And Billing Form; It Does Not Constitute A Contractual Commitment Limited To Twelve Months Or An Annual New Appointment. There Is No Provision For Ordinary Early Termination. Legal And Contractual Rights To Extraordinary Termination Remain Unaffected. The Contract Ends After 36 Months Without Automatic Extension. Further Information Can Be Found In The Enclosed List Of Services.
