The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Food Products According To Previously Submitted Requests For The Needs Of The Following Childrens Institutions: Dg Rainbow - Gorno Kirkovo Village, Dg Kokiche - Village Zavoya, Dg Mickey Mouse - Village Benkovski, Dg Snezhanka - Village Dobromirtsi, Dg Sun - Village Chorbadzhiysko, Mir District - Starovo Village, Prolet District - Chakalarovo Village, Slaveiche District - Drangovo Village, Sun District - Fotinovo Village, Granichar District - Tihomir Village, Spring District - Parvitsa Village, And A Day Center For Children And Disabled Youth - Dobromirtsi Village.Food Products Are Divided Into The Following Types:- Bread And Bakery Products;- Milk And Milk Products; - Meat And Meat Products; - Vegetables, Spices And Other Foodstuffs;- Fruits And Vegetables /Fresh And Canned/ And Others;- Sugar And Sugar Products. The Requests For The Delivery Of The Food Products Are Prepared And Submitted To The Contractor By Representatives Of The Contracting Authority - The Directors Or Housekeepers Of The Childrens Facilities By 11:00 A.M. On The Previous Working Day. If There Is A Need To Change A Specific Request, The Directors Of The Childrens Facilities Submit A Request For An Additional Request By 12:00 On The Working Day, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Make The Additional Delivery By 3:30 On The Same Day.Requests Are Tailored To The Menu, Specifying The Types Of Products And The Required Quantities Of Them.The Deadline For Delivery Is According To The Contract. Food Products Are Delivered Free Of Charge To The Warehouse Of Each Kindergarten. On The Day Of Delivery, Food Products Must Have A Residual Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 80% Of Their Entire Shelf Life Indicated By The Manufacturer.The Quantities Specified In The Technical Specifications Are Indicative And Do Not Create Obligations For The Municipality Of Kirkovo To Purchase Them In The Estimated Volume. The Actual Performance Of The Public Order Is Determined Based On The Attendance Of Children In Kindergartens.
