The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Services For Preparation And Delivery Of Basic Snacks For The Students From I To Iv Grades At Su St. St. Cyril And Methodius - Plovdiv.1. The Delivered Main Breakfast Should Necessarily Provide 20 Percent Of The Energy Content Of The Food For The Day Of The Relevant Age Group, And Students From I To Iv Grades According To The Recommended Values ​​For Average Daily Intake Of Energy And Nutrients Determined In Appendix No. 1 To Art. 9, Para. 1 Of Ordinance No. H-3 Of October 3, 2025 On Healthy Nutrition For Students;2. The Food Must Be Of High Quality, Wholesome And Safe, Meeting All The Requirements Of National And European Legislation In This Regard;3. Prepared Basic Snacks Should Be Delivered To The School Building As Follows: - Every Morning Until 9:00 A.M. (Nine), Daily During School Days In Quantities According To The Number Of Students Present In The School.4. For Each Delivery Of Prepared Snacks, A Receipt-Handover Protocol Must Be Signed By The Contractor On A Daily Basis, Drawn Up By The Class Teacher Of The Respective Class, Which Indicates The Number Of Students Present, The Type And Number Of Basic Snacks Received.5. The Delivery Of The Ready-Made Basic Snacks Should Be Made To The Building Of Su St. St. Cyril And Methodius, Located At The Address: City Of Plovdiv, 31 Yavor Street.6. The Contractor Should Send The Menu For Coordination By E-Mail To The Contracting Authority By Thursday Of The Previous Week.7. The Volume Of Supplies Of The Main Snacks, Including: Pasta Snacks, Sandwiches And/Or Other Suitable Main Snacks For The Students From The 1St To The 4Th Grades Will Be Depending On The Needs Of The Employer During The Contract Performance Period. 8. The Main Breakfast Should Be Prepared From Food Products That Meet The Requirements Provided For In The Food Act And Related By-Laws, Including All Other Applicable Regulations In The Field Of Food And Catering.9. The Contractor Should Comply With The Current Regulatory Requirements And Their Subsequent Amendments And Additions.
