Perimeter Security Layer Service For Betéve.The Object Of This Tender Is To Regulate The Contracting Of The Service For Maintenance, Support, Technical Operation And Continuous Improvement Of Betevés Perimeter Security Layer, Including The Main Firewall Equipment, The Remote Security And Interconnection Equipment Both Wired And Wireless (Fortiswitch Secure Switches And Fortinet Wifi Antennas), The Event Analysis And Correlation Platform, The Security Licenses, Manufacturers Support Services, Incident Management, The Execution Of Preventive And Corrective Tasks, And Specialized Technical Support Throughout The Contractual Period. The Tenderer Must Assume An End-To-End Service On The Perimeter Security Infrastructure Included In The Scope, Without Limiting Itself To The Mere Processing Of Warranties Or Reactive Intervention. The Offer Must To Include An Express And Unconditional Acceptance Of All The Requirements Of This Specification, Including Those Formulated As Result Obligations, Medium Obligations, Periodic Deliverables And Service Level Commitments. The Successful Tenderer Must Maintain All The Existing Functionalities And The Improvements Implemented During The Contract, Guaranteeing Operational Continuity, Traceability Of Changes And Minimal Impact On The Service.
