The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Regulate The Contracting Of The Service Of Maintenance, Support, Technical Operation And Continuous Improvement Of The Perimeter Security Layer Of Betevé, Including The Main Firewall Equipment, The Remote Security And Interconnection Equipment Both Wired And Wireless (Fortiswitch Secured Switches And Fortinet Wifi Antennas), The Event Analysis And Correlation Platform, Security Licenses, Manufacturer Support Services, Incident Management, The Execution Of Preventive And Corrective Tasks, And Specialized Technical Support Throughout The Contractual Term. The Successful Tenderer Must Undertake An End-To-End Service On The Perimeter Security Infrastructure Included In The Scope, Without Limiting Himself To The Mere Processing Of Guarantees Or Reactive Intervention. The Offer Must Include An Express And Unconditional Acceptance Of All The Requirements Of This Specification, Including Those Formulated As Result Obligations, Means Obligations, Periodic Deliverables And Service Level Commitments. The Successful Tenderer Must Maintain All Existing Functionalities And The Improvements Implemented During The Contract, Guaranteeing Operational Continuity, Traceability Of Changes And Minimal Impact On The Service.
