The Main Objective Of This Public Proposal Is The Purchase Of A Comprehensive Care Management Service For Nurses, Auxiliaries And Nursing Technicians, For The Medical Responsibility Center, With The Purpose Of Ensuring The Continuity Of Clinical Care In The Peritoneodialysis And Hemodialysis Units, Avoiding The Lack Of Service, Because The Current Institutional Provision Is Insufficient To Cover The Care Needs Of Both Units. In Particular, The Peritoneodialysis Unit Performs Renal Replacement Therapies Through The Peritoneal Cavity In Adult Patients, While The Hemodialysis Unit Provides This Treatment To Adult Patients, Both Hospitalized And Chronic. In This Context, Kidney Disease Constitutes An Important Public Health Problem, Whose Growing Demand For Care Requires Having Sufficient Personnel To Guarantee Coverage Of The Quotas, Shifts And Schedules Necessary For The Operation Of Both Units. Therefore, Contracting This Service Is Essential To Maintain Quality And Safety Standards Of Care, Reduce The Risk Of Adverse Events And Contribute To Reducing The Work Overload Of Institutional Staff, Thus Ensuring The Continuity Of Services And Care In Accordance With The Recommended Standards According To The Level Of Complexity, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Ordinary C21 No. 2110, Dated July 17, 2012. It Should Be Noted That Not Having The Service Makes It Difficult To Care For Patients And Puts Them At Risk. The Opportunity To Provide Actions In The Nursing And Medical Areas. The Service Will Be Carried Out In The Hospital Premises, In The Best Possible Conditions For Both Parties, As Detailed In The Technical Bases And Quantities In Annex No. 1. The Respective Contract Will Be Subject To The Provisions Of Decree With Force Of Law No. 36, Of July 10, 1980 Of The Ministry Of Health And Its Modifications Introduced By Law No. 18,417, In This Sense, The Health Actions Provider Will Be Obliged To Provide On Behalf Of And Name Of The Hospital, And By Means Of Delegation, As Required By Inc. 1 Of Art. 2 Of Dfl 3680 To The Beneficiaries Of The Health Benefits Regime Of Law No. 18,469, The Health Prevention, Promotion, Recovery, Protection Or Rehabilitation Actions That Are Tendered By This Act.
