The Purpose Of Contracting Services For The Clinical Records Workshop Is To Strengthen The Operational Capacity Of The Archive Unit Through The Systematic And Controlled Execution Of Document Purification, Classification, Elimination And Digitization Processes, Contributing To Optimizing The Management And Use Of The Available Infrastructure. This Contract Will Make It Possible To Progressively Address The Accumulated Volume Of Approximately 1,500,000 Clinical Records With More Than 20 Years Of Storage That Have Met Their Minimum Conservation Period, Establishing As A Goal The Elimination Of 150,000 Records By December 2026, After Verification Of Compliance With The Applicable Regulatory And Institutional Requirements. Likewise, It Considers The Digitization Of Active Clinical Records, With The Purpose Of Strengthening Their Support, Custody, Confidentiality, Traceability And Restricted Access, Safeguarding The Integrity Of Clinical Information.The Hiring Is Based On The Need To Have Administrative Staff That Allows These Tasks To Be Carried Out Without Compromising The Continuity Of The Usual Functions Of The Unit, Considering The High Workload Associated With Document Management, Institutional Requirements And The Daily Management Of Clinical Records, In The Face Of An Insufficient Staffing To Simultaneously Absorb These Additional Tasks. In This Context, The Service Will Contribute To Decongesting The Active And Passive Archive, Recovering Physical Capacity For The Reception And Conservation Of New Documentation And Improving The Efficiency Of The Archiving Processes, Maintaining Compliance With Deadlines, Internal Procedures And Instructions Given By The Technical Inspector, In Accordance With Current Regulations And The Operational Needs Of The Hospital. Having Said The Above, This Service Will Be Performed In Hospital Facilities, As Detailed In These Administrative Bases And Technical Bases, And According To The Quantities Defined In Annex No. 1.
