Recruitment Services – Offer Of A Framework Agreement Regarding Recruitment Services For Top And Management Positions At The University Of Copenhagen. The University Of Copenhagen (The University) Has An Ongoing Need For External Assistance For Search And Recruitment In Connection With The Recruitment Of Managers And Similar Employees. The University Is A Large And Complex Knowledge Organization With Research, Education And Administration, High Academic Autonomy, International Orientation And Many Different Management Tasks. Therefore, The University Offers This Framework Agreement Regarding Recruitment Services For Top And Management Positions (The Framework Agreement). For A More Detailed Description Of The Framework Agreement And The Tendered Task, The University Refers To The Overall Tender Material Specified In Section 2 Of The Tender Conditions. The University Has Chosen To Offer One Overall Framework Agreement Instead Of Dividing The Agreement Into Sub-Agreements, As It Is The Universitys Assessment That The Requested Recruitment Services Are Part Of An Overall And Ongoing Support For The Universitys Recruitment Needs, That The Services Are Closely Linked In Both Content And Implementation, And That A Division Into Sub-Supplies Will Result In Increased Administrative Burden In The Form Of More Contractual Relationships, Greater Coordination Needs And More Resource-Demanding Follow-Up. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Dkk 10 Million, Excl. Vat, While The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Dkk 15 Million, Excl. Vat The Framework Agreement Enters Into Force Upon Signature By Both Parties And Runs For Two Years From Entry Into Force. The University Can, By Written Notice, Extend The Agreement For Up To Two More Years On Unchanged Terms.
