The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Carry Out A Diagnosis Of The State Of The Trees For The City Of Lille And Its Associated Municipalities Of Lomme And Hellemmes. It Was Made By Open Call For Tenders In Accordance With Articles R2124-1, R2124-2 And R2161-2 To R2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. It Is Made Up Of 3 Lots Which Will Each Result In The Conclusion Of A Single-Award Framework Agreement With The Issuance Of Purchase Orders, With No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount, As Defined In The Consultation Regulations, In Application Of Article R2162-4 2° Ccp. Each Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 2 Years, Tacitly Renewable Once For A Duration And Maximum Amount Identical To The First Period.
