This Configuration Implies, From The Design Of The Real Estate Operation, Perfect Coordination Between The Crèche Project Carried By The City And The Construction Elements Designed Under The Project Management Of The Developer, In Particular For All Architectural, Structural And Technical Interfaces. Context Of The Real Estate Operation: The Overall Real Estate Operation Constitutes A Mixed Project In Which Elements Falling Under Different Project Management Coexist.
