The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out Work, As Specified In The Specific Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P) Relating To The Redevelopment Of The Premises On The Second Floor Of The Administrative Center Of The City Of Montrouge, As Well As The Carrying Out Of Additional Work On The Fourth Floor. The Interventions Include In Particular: Modification Of The Interior Distribution Of Offices; The Removal And Creation Of Partitions; Replacement Of Floor Coverings In The Areas Concerned; The Creation Of False Ceilings; Painting Work; Adaptation Of Electrical Installations And Equipment Necessary For The New Development; The Creation Of Convectors; The Creation Of A Pmr Wc; The Creation Of An Office And A Kitchenette On R+4; The Creation Of A Reserve Room In The Basement. The Work Will Be Carried Out On An Occupied Site And Following A Precise Phasing, Allowing The Maintenance Of Service Activity Throughout The Duration Of The Operation.
