The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Butter, Eggs, Cheese, Dairy Products, Margarine, Egg Products, Milk For Municipal, School And Early Childhood Catering Services In The City Of Lille And Its Associated Municipalities Of Lomme And Hellemmes. It Went Through An Open Call For Tenders Procedure In Accordance With Articles R2124-1, R2124-2 And R2161-2 To R2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. It Consists Of 2 Lots Each Giving Rise To The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Issuance Of Purchase Orders, With No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount Of €1,200,000 Excluding Tax (Lot 01) And €40,000 Excluding Tax (Lot 02), For An Initial Period Of 2 Years, In Application Of Article R2162-4 2° Ccp. Each Lot Will Be Tacitly Renewable Once, For An Identical Duration And Maximum Amount.
