Repair And Maintenance Services – Services, Materials And Works For The Maintenance, Repair, Development And Operation Of Systems Related To The Brașov Traffic Monitoring Center. The Municipality Of Brașov Owns And Operates A Complex, Distributed And Integrated System Related To Cmt Brașov, Realized Through The Project Centralized Traffic Monitoring And Control System In The Municipality Of Brașov. This System Includes Subsystems Of Adaptive Traffic Management And Public Transport Prioritization, Video Monitoring, Management Of Parking Spaces, Information Through Variable Message Boards, Sensors And Field Equipment, Integrated Control Center, Dedicated Software Applications, It And Communication Infrastructure, As Well As The Technical Infrastructure Necessary For The Operation Of Cmt. The Current Exploitation Of Such A System Involves Continuous And Correlated Activities Of Preventive And Predictive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Operational Support, Emergency Interventions, Supply Of Materials And Parts, Punctual Works, Developments And Technical Adaptations, Both For The Equipment And Applications In The Field, As Well As For The Technical Infrastructure In The Cmt. The Purpose Of This Procurement Is To Ensure A Unitary, Flexible And Efficient Contractual Framework For The Maintenance, Operation, Repair, Development And Technical Support Of The Systems Related To The Brașov Traffic Monitoring Center, Throughout The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement: - Ensuring The Continuous, Safe And Efficient Operation Of The Systems And Subsystems Related To Cmt; - Maintaining The Functional And Operational Parameters Of The Existing Infrastructure; - Reduction Of Unavailability Times And Rapid Remediation Of Incidents; - Timely Supply Of Necessary Materials, Parts And Components; - Allowing Necessary Developments, Modernizations, Replacements, Adaptations During The Framework Agreement; - Maintaining The Integrated, Interoperable And Evolutionary Character Of The System. The Object Of The Framework Agreement Is The Provision, For A Period Of 48 Months, Of The Services, Products And Works Necessary To Maintain Optimal Functioning, Repair, Adapt, Develop, Replace And Operate The Systems Related To The Brașov Traffic Monitoring Center, As Well As The Equipment And Infrastructures Installed Both In The Cmt Building And On The Public Domain Of The Municipality Of Brașov, As Part Of The Integrated Traffic Management And Monitoring System. The Acquisition Is Carried Out By Concluding A Framework Agreement With A Single Economic Operator, For A Duration Of 48 Months, During Which, Depending On The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority, One Or More Subsequent Contracts Will Be Awarded Annually, In Relation To The Operational Priorities, The Actual Need For Interventions, Developments, Works And Budgetary Availability.
