Miscellaneous Furniture And Equipment - Furnishing The Interior Of The Ground Floor And First Floor Of The Ministry Building At Ilica 25, Ilica 27 And Gundulićeva 2. The Subject Of Procurement Includes The Manufacture, Delivery And Assembly Of New, Unused And Undamaged Elements Of Custom Designed Office Furniture, According To Technical Descriptions, Dimensions, Graphic Representations And Quantities From The Cost List. Materials, Dimensions, Thicknesses, Fittings, Connections, Finishes And Permitted Deviations Must Correspond To The Requirements Of The Individual Item Of The Cost List And Related Drawings. The Performance Must Be In Accordance With The Rules Of The Profession And Applicable Regulations. Before The Start Of Construction, The Contractor Is Obliged To Inspect The Premises At The Installation Site And Check The Actual Measurements, Substrates, Access And Other Circumstances Important For Construction And Installation. He Is Responsible For The Dimensions Determined By The Measurement And For The Correct Fitting And Installation Of The Elements. Before The Start Of Production Of The Corresponding Elements, The Contractor Shall Deliver Samples Of Visible Materials And Finishes, Including, When Provided For In An Individual Item Of The Cost List, Decorations, Veneers, Paints, Varnishes, Edge Treatments And Upholstery Materials. Production Is Carried Out According To Written Samples Approved. The Contractor Creates One Representative Sample Detail Of The Veneered And/Or Lacquered Version, Suitable For Checking The Quality Of Joints, Edges, Veneering And Final Surface Treatment. The Client Verifies Compliance With The Agreed Requirements, Registers Remarks If Necessary And Gives Written Approval Before Starting The Corresponding Production. Point Vi Applies To The Subject Of Procurement. Subsection 20 Of The Decision On The Implementation Of Green Public Procurement (Official Gazette, No. 137/24). The Wood Must Have Proven Traceability, For Example With An Fsc, Pefc Or Other Internationally Recognized Certificate Confirming That It Was Obtained From Sustainably Managed Forests, With The Application Of Rules On Permitted Methods Of Proof And Equivalence.
