Manufacture A Pontoon In Steel Construction 60X10x2m Including Equipment And Corrosion Protection (Ready For Operation) And Deliver It To The Port Of Hamburg. The Pontoon Is To Be Used In The Port Area Of Hamburg As A Reserve Pontoon At The Points Where Existing Pontoons Have To Be Temporarily Removed For Repair, Maintenance And Assessment. The Pontoon Should Therefore Be Universally Designed And Usable And Correspond To The Typical Conditions And Requirements In The Hamburg Port Area. The Pontoon Must Be Constructed Of Steel And Delivered Ready For Operation With Fixed And Loose Ballast. The Entire Construction Must Be Carried Out In Such A Way That The Pontoon Can Withstand The Required Stresses And Loads (Ice, Mooring Maneuvers, Severe Weather Conditions) Of Commercial Operations In The Port Of Hamburg.
