The Subject Of This Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions For The Task Entitled: Expansion Of The A4 Motorway On The Wrocław - Silesian Voivodeship Section, Expansion Of The Opole Zachód Junction. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Increase Capacity And Improve Road Traffic Safety By Expanding The Existing Opole Zachód Junction At The Intersection Of The A4 Motorway And National Road No. 46 And Adapting The Road System To The Forecast Increase In Traffic Intensity. The Investment Includes The Expansion Of The A4 Motorway With A Third Lane On A Section Of Approximately 2.5 Km And The Expansion Of National Road No. 46 To A Two-Lane, Two-Lane Section (2X2). The Scope Of The Investment Includes, Among Others: - Expansion Of The Opole Zachód A4 Motorway Junction - Construction Of Engineering Structures, Including Viaducts Over The A4 Motorway Along National Road No. 46 And Construction Of A Facility Over The A4 Motorway Along The Municipal Road (If The Communication Analysis Demonstrates Such Justification), - Construction/Reconstruction Of Culverts, - Construction, Reconstruction Of Access Roads And Communication Connections To Service The Adjacent Area, - Ensuring Communication Between Pedestrians And Cyclists Located On Both Sides Of The Highway, - Construction Of A Drainage System For The Planned Communication System, - Construction Of Environmental Protection Devices And Road Equipment, - Construction/Reconstruction Of Road Traffic Safety Devices, - Construction Of The Traffic Management System, Its (Intelligent Transport Systems, Road Telematics), - Construction Of A Technological Channel, - Construction Of Road Lighting, - Reconstruction Of Conflicting Technical Infrastructure.
