Data-Processing Services – Framework Agreement For Scalable Processing And Optimization Of Volumetric 3D/4D Data Including Gaussian Splatting And Ai-Based Methods. 1. Provision And Operation Of Our Own, Productively Used Processing Pipeline For Generating 4D Gaussian Splatting Data Sets As Well As For Mesh-Based Reconstruction From High-Resolution Volumetric Raw Data. The Pipeline Must Be Able To Process Camera Images With A Resolution Of More Than 8K Each And A Total Resolution Of More Than 2,500 Megapixels Per Frame. The Decisive Factor Is The Sum Of The Pixel Resolutions Of All Camera Images That Belong To A Recording Time. The Generated Data Sets Must Have A Texture Resolution Of At Least 8,192 × 8,192 Pixels. 2. Implementation And Continuous Optimization Of Mesh-Based Reconstruction Methods As Well As Diffusion And Lora-Based Training Pipelines To Improve The Quality, Detail And Temporal Consistency Of Volumetric Data. 3. Perform Cleanup, Upscaling And Optimization Processes To Reduce Artifacts And Improve Texture Quality As Well As Performance Optimization For Xr/Vr Applications. 4. Close Technical Coordination With Volucap To Integrate Processing Results Into Existing Production And Cloud Infrastructures, Support Of Api Connections And Standardized Data Transfer Processes, As Well As Continuous Adjustment Of The Pipeline Based On Quality Metrics And Project Results. 5. All Source Code, Models, Cad Data Or Other Intellectual Achievements Developed As Part Of The Project Will Be Transferred In Full To Volucap By Way Of A Buyout For Exclusive Use. This Also Includes The Training Configurations Created As Part Of The Project As Well As The Technical Documentation Required For Independent Further Development. Volucap Receives The Right To Independently Further Develop, Modify And Use The Developed Software Or System Components. The Monthly Infrastructure Or Basic Flat Rate Is Charged For Months In Which The Client Requests Post-Production Services. It Includes The Operational Readiness Of The Post-Production Pipeline. The Post-Production Services Requested Are Paid Based On The Per-Minute Price Offered.
