Repair And Maintenance Services Of Generators - Modernization Of Cogeneration Units Manufactured By Jenbacher Installed In Guk I Opole - 3 Units Type Jms616-J02. The Subject Of This Order Is The Modernization Of Cogeneration Units Manufactured By Jenbacher Installed In Guk I Opole - 3 Units Type Jms616-J02, Resulting From 30,000 Man-Hours Of Operation. The Basic Purpose Of The Order Is To Replace Parts And Components Of Cogeneration Units Installed In Guk And Opole In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Manufacturer Jenbacher For Units That Have Reached 30,000 Rpm. The Cogeneration Units That Are The Subject Of The Order Are Located In The Ordering Partys High-Efficiency Cogeneration Source In Opole At 8 Harcerska Street. The Ordering Party Requires The Work To Be Performed Locally In The Containers Of The Generating Units After Prior Preparation Of The Infrastructure For The Planned Works. The Ordering Party Allows The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Modernization Works In One Of Two Alternative Modes: A) In A Staged Mode - Consisting In The Successive Performance Of Modernization Works, Carrying Out A 72-Hour Trial Run And Making Partial Acceptances (And Partial Payments) Separately For Each Of The First Two Units And The Final Acceptance After The Modernization Of The Third Unit; B) In One-Off Mode - Consisting In Carrying Out Modernization Works On All 3 Units, Carrying Out A Total 72-Hour Test Run For The Entire Facility And Making One Final Acceptance Of The Works (And One Payment). The Contractor Submits A Declaration On The Choice Of The Contract Implementation Mode In The Detailed Investment Implementation Schedule, Referred To In The Ppu, Submitted For Approval To The Ordering Party. The Choice Of Any Of The Implementation Modes Does Not Affect The Amount Of The Contractors Total Remuneration Specified In § 6 Section 1 Ppu, Which Is Fixed And Unchanging. The Contractor Provides A Guarantee For A Period Of 12 Months On The Following Terms, Depending On The Method Of Implementation And Acceptance Selected By The Contractor And Indicated In The Detailed Investment Implementation Schedule: A) In The Case Of Selecting The Staged Mode - The Guarantee Is Granted Separately For Each Of The Units And Runs Separately For A Given Unit From The Date Of Signing By The Ordering Party Of The Partial Acceptance Protocol (For Units No. 1 And 2) Or The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Item Work (For Unit No. 3); B) If The One-Time Mode Is Selected - The Warranty Is Granted Jointly For All Units And Runs From The Date The Ordering Party Signs The Final Acceptance Protocol For The Subject Of The Works For All Units. If Non-Limiting Defects Are Found Upon Acceptance, The Warranty Period For The Elements Affected By These Defects Begins From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Confirming The Removal Of All Non-Limiting Defects Found. Note: The Warranty Will Not Cover Elements Excluded By The Ordering Party From The Subject Of The Order. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Website Service For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Protocol By The Ordering Party
