(5) micro-control-based temperature controller (6) refriger ant hfc free, cfc free, (7) refrigeration system must be energy efficient with pull down time in hrs- less t han 5.5 hr (b) construction: (1) robust construction for heavy duty to carrying capacity of 50 kgs. (2) mater ial of internal chamber- stainless steel (3) freezer body- galvanized steel body with tough powder coated e xterior finish constructed on steel. (4) type of cabinet- vertical (5) the cabinet of deepfreeze chambers sha ll be insulated with high density cfc free poly urethane foam/glass wool. (6) door shall have magnetic gas ket with a keyed door lock (7) cabinet shall be filled with minimum 03 no. of trays.
