The Lot Material Consists Of Released Stone, Released Rail Section, Released Reinforced Steel, Released Structural Steel, Released Ac Sheet, Released Gi Sheet, Released Brick Work, Released Wood, Released Mangalore Tiles, Released Gi Pipe, Released Ceramic Tiles, Released Sdb Stone.Note- (1) The Purchaser Shall Obtain Prior Approval Of The Dismantling Scheme And The Sequence Of Dismantling Activities From The Concerned Sectional Sr.Den/Den Before Commencing Any Dismantling Activity. The Pre-Execution Joint Visit Shall Be Conducted By Stockholder, Other Concerned Railway Departments (If Any). The Safety/Precautionary Measures Enlisted In Chief Planning & Design Engineer (Cpde)/Cr L.No. W.135/Q/1/Ix Dtd 19.03.2025 & 18.12.2025 Must Be Followed By Purchaser During The Entire Course Of Dismantling Activity. The Copy Of The Above Letters Is Attached. The Purchasers Are Advised To Read These Letters Thoroughly Before Bidding In Auction, After Auction No Representation Shall Be Entertained.(2) The Purchasers Are Strictly Advised To Visit The Lot Location Personally & Inspect The Offered Condemned Structures Before Bidding And Satisfy Themselves About The Approach Road, Condition & Material Content Of The Lot. After Auction No Representation Shall Be Entertained. The Delivery Will Be Given On By Lot Basis.(3) The Qurters/Service Buildings Are Located At 06 Different Stations Viz. (1) Wds, (2) Ma, (3) Wka, (4)Aag, (5)Mkpt, (6)Bale. The Qurters/Service Building Will Be Handed Over For Dismantling And Delivery In The Same Sequence Only (As Mentioned Above). The Delivery Will Be Given Station Wise I.E. One Station At A Time. Purchaser Should Clean The Lot Location/Premises/Site And Ensure To Remove The Debris/Kachra At The Site Up To Existing Ground Level On The Last Day Of Delivery At Every Station Failing Which Quarters/Service Buildings Located At Next Station (I.E. As Per Sequence Mentioned Above) Will Not Be Handed Over For Dismantling And Delivery To The Purchaser. (4) The Work To Be Carried Out Only Between 09:00 Hrs To 18:00 Hrs In Presence Of Railway Representatives. No Work Will Be Allowed To Be Carried Out After 18:00 Hrs To The Purchaser.
