The Estimated Calendar For Concluding Subsequent Contracts Is As Follows:  Subsequent Contract No. 1: Interval Between 01.03.2027 – 31.08.2027;  Subsequent Contract No. 2: Interval Between 01.09.2027 – 29.02.2028;  Subsequent Contract No. 3: Interval Between 01.03.2028 – 31.08.2028;  Subsequent Contract No. 4: Interval Between 01.09.2028 – 28.02.2029;  Subsequent Contract No. 5: Interval Between 01.03.2029 – 31.08.2029;  Subsequent Contract No. 6: Interval Between 01.09.2029 – 28.02.2030. The Maximum And Minimum Quantities Related To The Framework Agreement Are: • Estimated Maximum Quantity: 1,590,000.00 Sheets; • Estimated Minimum Quantity: 72,000.00 Sheets; The Maximum And Minimum Quantities Related To A Subsequent Contract Are: • Estimated Maximum Quantity: 265,000.00 Sheets; • Estimated Minimum Quantity: 12,000.00 Sheets. The Maximum And Minimum Values ​​Related To The Framework Agreement Are: • Maximum Estimated Value: 11,158,500.00 Lei, Exclusive Of Vat. • Minimum Estimated Value: 567,600.00 Lei, Exclusive Of Vat. The Maximum And Minimum Values ​​Related To A Subsequent Contract Are: • Maximum Estimated Value: 1,859,750.00 Lei, Exclusive Of Vat; • Minimum Estimated Value: 94,600.00 Lei, Exclusive Of Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract That Will Be Concluded Is 1,859,750.00 Lei, Exclusive Of Vat. The Minimum And Maximum Quantities And Implicitly Their Related Values, Which The Contracting Authority Establishes Initially In The Award Documentation And Later In The Framework Agreement, Represent Estimates Of Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement And Not The Exact Quantities/Values ​​That Will Be Purchased, The Latter May Be Lower, Equal, Or Higher Than The Estimated Ones. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order Quantities Differentiated By Value, For Each Type Of Product, Depending On The Need. Given That The National Printing Office Has Concluded Contracts With The Institutions Issuing These Documents For The Delivery Of Blankets, It Is Necessary To Ensure Some Stocks Of Raw Material, I.E. Polycarbonate Foils, So That The Production Activity Can Be Carried Out In Continuous Flow, Without The Existence Of Supply Syncopes.
