Provider Services – Provision Of Public Computing Cloud Services & Support For The Unified Government Cloud. The Object Of The Contract Is The Continuation, For Two (2) Additional Years, Of The Provision Of Public Computing Cloud Services And Support Services, Which Are Implemented Through The Microsoft Azure Platform, For The Unified Government Cloud, Within The Framework Of The Provision Of Cloud Computing Infrastructure And Services (Cloud Services) Project. This Continuation Aims To Ensure The Smooth Operation, Scalability And Operational Readiness Of The Computing And Network Infrastructures That Support The G-Cloud And H-Cloud Government Clouds, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Digital Bible And Law 4727/2020. In This Context, The Continuation Of The Provision Of Public Computing Cloud Services Through The Microsoft Azure Platform Enables The Coverage Of The Needs Of The Public Administration For Central Cloud Computing Infrastructures, Which Support Critical Digital Services And Information Systems With High Requirements In Terms Of Availability, Performance And Security. The Aforementioned Technological Infrastructures Are A Fundamental Condition For The Digital Transformation Of The State And Contribute Decisively To Strengthening The Efficiency Of The Public Administration, As Well As Supporting The Transition To The Modern Digital Economy. Government Clouds Constitute The Unified Set Of Computing And Network Infrastructures, Which Is Based On A Hybrid Cloud Model And Utilizes Public Computing Cloud Services Of The Microsoft Azure Platform, Providing A Stable, Secure And Scalable Basis For The Hosting And Operation Of Modern Information Systems Of The Public Administration. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Maintain And Strengthen The Operational Capacity Of These Infrastructures, Through The Continuation Of The Supply And Operation Of Public Computing Cloud Services Of The Microsoft Azure Platform, As Well As The Provision Of Support Services Of The Public Computing Cloud Provider Through Microsoft Unified Enterprise Support Services, Overall Governance, On-Site Support And Application Development And Migration Support. In This Way, The Possibility Of The Public Administration To Respond Immediately To The Changing Operational Requirements, To Improve The Services Provided To Citizens And Businesses, To Increase Its Efficiency And To Reduce The Operational Costs Through The Optimal Utilization Of Shared, Flexible And Scalable Cloud Infrastructures Is Ensured. Gispspd And Idyka Will Continue To Have Overall Operational And Operational Responsibility For The Operation And Management Of The Cloud Computing Services In Accordance With Their Respective Responsibilities.
