The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Revitalization Of The Former Office Building For Social And Cultural Needs As Part Of The Revitalization Project In The Tarnogród Commune - Stage Ii. 4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Reconstruction Of The Existing Functional System. 2) Demolition And Dismantling Of Existing Installations. 3) Construction Of New Internal Installations: Water. – Sewage, Domestic Hot Water, Central Heating, Mechanical Ventilation, Electrical Installation, Emergency Evacuation Lighting Installation, Telecommunications Installation, Lightning Protection Installation. 4) Reconstruction Of The Internal Gas Installation. 5) General Construction Works. 6) Replacement Of Inter-Story Wooden Ceilings And The Ventilated Floor On The Ground, Along With Cladding And Flooring. 7) Demolition Of The Existing And Construction Of A New Wooden Roof Structure Along With Installation Of New Roofing And Sheet Metal Flashings. 8) Installation Of New External And Internal Joinery. 9) Adaptation Of Rooms To Current Requirements Of Fire Protection Regulations. 10) Adaptation Of Rooms To Current Requirements Of Sanitary And Hygienic Regulations. 11) Delivery And Installation Of Room Equipment - Sanitary And Technical Equipment, Permanent Furniture. 12) Renovation Works On The Historic Façade Of The Building In Consultation With The Lublin Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. 13) Preparing And Agreeing With The Competent Commander Of The State Fire Service Fire Safety Instructions For The Rebuilt Building. 14) Obtaining A Decision From The Competent Construction Supervision Authority Regarding The Permit To Use The Building. 4.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Ground Floor/Ground Floor, First Floor And The Attic. Does Not Include The Basement Of The Building. 4.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of: 1) Design Documentation, Including: Land Development Design With Annexes, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Designs (Architectural, Construction, Sanitary, Electrical), Technical Design For The Architectural Industry - Facility Equipment; 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb); 3) Bill Of Quantities; 4) Conservators Opinion. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, The Contractors Valuation Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1) And Stwiorb. Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bills Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bills Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1 Or Stwiorb.
