The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of New Oil-Resistant Belts For Belt Conveyors, Along With The Assembly Of The Belt On The Conveyor And Connection.2.The Contractor Will Provide Delivery Services, Including Assembly And Connection, As Well As Assembly And Connection Services Of Tapes In The Ordering Partys Warehouse. 3. The Conveyor Belts Are Always Assembled And Connected By The Contractor. 4. In The Case Of Only Gluing The Tape, The Contractor Will Complete The Tasks Within 48 Hours Of Notification. 5. For Tapes Up To 1600Mm Wide. The Contractor Will Make The Connection Using The Hot Vulcanization Method.6.In The Case Of Tapes With A Width Above 1600 Mm, The Ordering Party Allows The Connection To Be Made Using The Cold Vulcanization Method.7.The Ordering Party Will Dismantle The Belt, Perform The Necessary Repairs On The Conveyor, After Completing These Activities, And Only Then Will It Allow The Contractor To Pull The Belt Onto The Conveyor And Make The Connection. 8. Planned Replacements Will Take Place On Saturdays. In The Case Of Planned Replacements, The Contractor Will Complete The Task Within 5 Days Of Receiving The Notification. 9. The Ordering Party Will Order The Replacement Of No More Than Two Pieces Of Tape At One Time. 10. In Emergency Situations, The Contractor Will Complete The Task Within 48 Hours Of Receiving The Notification. 11. After Completing The Task, The Contractor Will Create A Report Which Must Include: Conveyor Number, Connection Length, Belt Surface With The Type Of Belt, Total Length Of The Thresholds. The Contractor Will Attach The Following Documents To The Report: Technical Card Of The Tape, Confirmation That The Tapes Are Oil-Resistant. 12. The Place Of Delivery And Replacement Of Tapes Is: Zakład Unieszkodliwiania Odpadów Komunalnych Rudno Sp. Z O. O. Rudno 17, 14-100 Ostróda. 13. Deliveries And Services Will Be Carried Out Successively According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.14.The Ordering Party Will Specify The Scope Of The Basic Order And The Right To Option. 15. Types And Parameters Of Belts Installed On The Ordering Partys Sorting Line: A.Ep 400/3 2.5:0 Tape With Widths: 650Mm, 800Mm, 1000Mm, 1100Mm, 1200Mm, 1400Mm, 1600Mm, 2100Mm, 2900Mm, The Mentioned Tapes Are Available In Smooth And Threshold Versions. B. Ep 400/3 4;2 Tape With Widths: 800Mm, 100Mm, 1200Mm, 1300Mm, 1400Mm, 2000Mm, The Mentioned Tapes Are Available In Smooth And Threshold Versions. 16. Basic Order And Option Right:A.Ep 400/3 2.5:0 Or 3:0 (Sliding Tape), Oil-Resistant Tape, As Part Of The Basic Order, The Contractor Will Provide 150 M2 Of Tape, With Optional Additional 150 M2 Of Tape. B.Ep 400/3 4:2 Tape (Rubberized On Both Sides), Oil-Resistant, As Part Of The Basic Order, The Contractor Will Provide: 250 M2 Of Tape, Additional 250 M2 Of Tape As An Option.Thresholding Service Using The Hot Vulcanization Method As Part Of The Basic Order, The Contractor Will Perform A Total Of 150 M Of Thresholding, And As An Optio
