The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1861B On The Świdry - Grabowo Section With A Length Of 5.247 Km, And In Particular: • Construction Of A Road Surface Of Asphalt Concrete, • Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles Made Of Concrete Paving Stones. 6 Cm, • Construction Of A Parking Bay, • Construction Of A Surface For Exits To Neighboring Plots In The Built-Up Area Using Concrete Paving Stones. 8 Cm,• Construction Of The Surface Of Exits To Neighboring Plots Outside The Built-Up Area From Asphalt Concrete,• Construction Of Roadsides From An Unbound Mixture - Crushed Aggregate,• Construction Of Drainage Of The Road Body,• Construction Of Culverts Under The Road And Exits,• Reconstruction Of Intersections,• Construction Of Vertical Markings,• Construction Of Horizontal Markings,• As-Built Inventory: - Elevation And Stabilization Of The Entire Section Of The District Road - Comprehensive Service Of Raising And Stabilizing Border Posts And Witnesses To Border Posts (Surveying Services, Formal And Legal Activities, Field Work And Delivery Of Materials Should Be Taken Into Account), - Reconstruction Of Destroyed Measurement Network Points - If They Are Destroyed Or Damaged During The Works, - Carrying Out An As-Built Geodetic Inventory Of All Completed And Rebuilt Infrastructure Elements Covered By The Subject Of The Order, - Preparing The Required Surveying Documentation And Submitting It To The Competent Authority District Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Positive Result Of The Verification Of Geodetic Works And Ensure That Their Results Are Accepted Into The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resources, And Then Provide The Ordering Party With A Map From The As-Built Inventory.*Note: • The Ordering Party Is Exempt From The Construction Of The Technological Canal.1.1.During The Warranty Period, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replenish Unpaved Roadsides Twice With The Material Provided For In The Design Documentation Within The Deadline Specified By The Ordering Party.1.2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage Waste And Construction Materials That Are Not Suitable For Reuse And Generated During The Work On His Own And At His Own Expense.
