The Material Scope Of The Order Includes Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of An Amphitheater Along With Land Development, Small Architecture, Parking Lots, Access, Pedestrian And Road Routes, Fencing, Greenery Along With The Accompanying Technical Infrastructure And Equipment Between Ul. 1-Go Maja, And Ul. Kilińskiego In Jelenia Góra, Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Decision.2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works, Based On The Developed Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And The Building Permit Decision Referred To In Stage I, Along With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Decision.The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Volume Iii Of The Terms Of Reference, Including The Annexes.3. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Creating Attractive Public Spaces And Improving Infrastructure In The Downtown Area Of ​​Jelenia Góra.4.
