The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Performance Of Construction Works In The Order Renovation Of The Staircase Of The Building At Ul. Batalionów Chłopskich 54 In Koszalin. Justification For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts: Due To Technological And Implementation Reasons As Well As Rational Spending Of Public Funds, It Is Not Possible To Divide It Into Parts. This Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And Costs Of Performing The Contract, As Well As The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract. Contractors Belonging To The Sector Of Small And Medium-Sized Companies Always Participate In Construction Works Procedures Conducted By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Renovation Works In An Appropriate Sequence, Starting The Work From The Highest Floor Of The Building And Gradually Working Towards The Lower Floors. Renovation Works On The Ground Floor Of The Building Covered By The Scope Of The Contract Should Be Performed At The Final Stage Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize The Works In A Way That Ensures Continuity Of Communication In The Staircase, In Particular On The Ground Floor Of The Building. The Contractor Will Provide A 5-Year Warranty For The Works Performed And The Materials Used. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Conditions Of Their Implementation Are Specified In The Documentation Constituting Annexes To The Swz: Annex No. 7 - Contract Template; Annex No. 8 - Zero Electrical Investor Cost Estimate; Annex No. 9 - Zero Cost Estimate For General Construction. The Contractor Should Comply With The Provisions Of The Environmental Protection Law And, As The Holder Of Waste, Handle It In Accordance With The Waste Act. The Employers Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, In Accordance With Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law In The Scope Of Contract Execution (Construction Works), The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1245). Documenting The Employment Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated In The Previous Point Will Consist In 1) At The Stage Of Submitting Offers - The Contractor Submits A Declaration In Accordance With The Content Of Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2) At The Stage Of Contract Implementation - The Contractor, At Each Written Request Of The Ordering Party, Within 7 Business Days From The Date Of The Request, Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Confirming The Manner Of Employment Of The Above-Mentioned.
