Helclów In Kraków, Ul. Helclów 2 Intended For Fuel For Boilers.2.The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Boiler Room Of The Social Welfare Home. L. And A. Helclów In Kraków, Located At: Ul. Helclów 2, 31-148 Kraków.3.The Offered Oil Must Have The Following Parameters: Density At 15ºc, Max, Kg/M3 860 Calorific Value, Min., Mj/Kg Not Less Than 42.6 Flash Point, Min., ºc 56 Kinematic Viscosity At 20ºc, Max, Mm2/S 6.00 Pour Point, Max, °C -20 Content Sulfur, Max, % ( M/M) Not More Than 0.10 Color Visually Red4.With Each Delivery Of Fuel Oil, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Ordering Party With A Quality Certificate Or A Document Equivalent To A Quality Certificate, Confirming That The Delivered Oil Meets The Quality Parameters Specified In Swz.5.It Is Expected That During The Order Implementation Period (From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027), 80 M3 Of Heating Oil Will Be Delivered. The Actual Amount Of Oil Will Result From The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party And May Change (Decrease Or Increase), Provided That The Minimum Amount Of Oil Ordered During The Term Of The Agreement Will Be 60 M3 And The Maximum 100 M3.6.The Contractor Will Deliver The Ordered Batch Of Fuel Oil To The Place Indicated In The Order At His Own Expense And Risk, Using His Own Means Of Transport Adapted For This Purpose, I.E. In Road Tankers Marked With Appropriate Information Boards With Hazard And Material Identification Numbers, Equipped With: A) A Certified Measuring And Dispensing System With The Possibility Of Reading The Measurement, B) A Drain Hose With A Connection Nozzle For The Tank Filling Installation With A Length Enabling Free Pumping Fuel To The Tank (Min. 25 M).7.The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Fuel Oil That Meets The Requirements Of The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024:2020-12 Petroleum Products - Fuel Oils And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used And In Accordance With The Parameters Indicated In The Swz. The Ordering Party Allows Products That Meet An Equivalent Standard - The Obligation To Prove The Equivalence Of The Standard Rests With The Contractor.8.The Product List (Appendix To The Offer Form, Which Is Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) Should Include The Name Of The Product And The Name Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Oil.9.The Fixed Amount Discount Provided By The Contractor In The Offer Will Not Change During The Term Of The Agreement. 10.
