1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Direct Physical Protection Services In 2027 By Single-Person Posts Of The Following Mpgk Areas And Facilities Located In Tarnów At Ul. The Basic Duties Of The Security Employee Delegated By The Contractor To Execute The Order Include, In Particular, Constant Direct Supervision And Protection Of The Above-Mentioned. Mpgk Areas And Facilities, Including: A) Observation Of Images Transmitted Via The Cctv System, B) Inspection (Patrol) Of The Entire Protected Area And Facilities With A Frequency Of At Least Once Every 1 Hour. While On Duty In Order To Check The Area And Facilities And Lock Individual Rooms, Windows, Check The Security Of Doors, Locks, Condition Of Windows And Other Property, Etc., And, If Necessary, Appropriately Secure Entrances To The Premises And Facilities Of Mpgk. The Rounds (Patrolling) Will Be Carried Out According To The Map, With Confirmation By The Security Officer Of Presence At Designated Points Using A Recording Device, C) Using The Rounds Control System That Operates On The Premises Of The Mpgk Plants, Which Consists Of One Recording Device At Each Facility, With The Following Control Points Designated At Each Facility: - Facility At Ul. Komunalna 29 - 5 Checkpoints, - Facility On Ul. Komunalna 31 - 6 Control Points, Celebration Control Points Are Located Outside The Ordering Partys Buildings On The Premises Of The Plant. D) Preventing Unauthorized Persons From Staying On The Premises Or In Mpgk Facilities. Only Authorized Persons May Stay On The Premises Of Mpgk While On Duty - Entry Only With The Prior Consent Of The Ordering Partys Representative, E) Preventing Disturbances On The Premises Or In Mpgks Facilities, F) Protecting Mpgks Premises And Facilities And The Equipment/Vehicles Located There Against Undesirable Events, I.E. Theft, Acts Of Vandalism, Fire, Flooding, Destruction Or Damage, Etc. (Hereinafter Referred To As Events), G) In The Event Of An Event Occurring In The Protected Area Or In Facility, Immediate Intervention (Actions Permitted By Law) And Activities Aimed At Preventing Damage, And In The Event Of Damage, Activities Aimed At Limiting Its Extent, As Well As Immediate Notification Of The Event To The Representative Of The Ordering Party And The Relevant Services (Police, Municipal Guard, Fire Department, Emergency Service, Etc.)
